We are hiring full-time, permanent Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) to join our team! CSRs are responsible for delivering top notch service to clients while promoting a variety of products and services.
CSRs are responsible to:
Efficiently and effectively manage high customer call volumes.
Identify and address customer needs, providing solutions and educating on product benefits, availability, and pricing options.
Seize opportunities to upsell products and generate sales when appropriate.
Record call and sales details in the customer management system.
Consistently meet or exceed performance targets across multiple metrics.
Collaborate with colleagues in all departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Job Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
Demonstrated focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
Superior phone and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on active listening.
Competent in computer data entry and the utilization of customer management software.
Effective multitasking, priority-setting, and time management skills.
Legal authorization to work in Canada.
Must be available for 8.5-hour shifts scheduled between 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., Monday to Sunday.
Successful candidates for the CSR position will undergo comprehensive training and receive one-on-one coaching to ensure their success in this role.
