The Customer Service Representative is responsible for delivering exceptional customer support by handling inquiries, processing orders, resolving complaints, and coordinating service requests. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with customers, vendors, and internal teams. Experience in retail and customer service is essential, with furniture industry knowledge considered an asset.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain a positive, professional, and empathetic approach with all customers
Respond promptly to customer and management inquiries via phone and email
Process customer orders, service requests, forms, and repair coordination
Address and resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback
Communicate and collaborate with management and coworkers as needed
Provide feedback to management and sales teams to improve customer service processes
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
Other duties/responsibilities as assigned
Required Qualifications
Minimum2 years of experience in:
Customer service
Retail sales
Data entry
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain organized records
Reliable commute or willingness to relocate to Calgary, AB
Assets
Knowledge of furniture products
Previous retail or customer service experience beyond minimum requirements
