Duties
Interact with customers
in person
using
leads provided by TELUS
Assist customers with product information, service options, and plan recommendations
Help customers with account details and order processing as needed
Promote TELUS products and services through effective
upselling and cross-selling
Observe customer feedback to identify opportunities for improved service or increased sales
Maintain professional communication and a positive attitude in all face-to-face interactions
Support team members by sharing insights, customer service approaches, and sales strategies
Collaborate with team leads and other departments to ensure customer needs are met efficiently
Skills
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in
customer service, sales, upselling, or hospitality
High attention to detail when assisting customers and recording information
Bilingual fluency in
English
is highly preferred
Ability to analyze customer needs and recommend tailored solutions
Multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customer groups
Demonstrated patience, empathy, and problem-solving in customer-facing situations
