Job Description

Our growing company is seeking a customer service representative to provide excellent customer service by taking telephone calls, booking appointments and dispatching service technicians in a polite, efficient fashion.

Responsibilities include:

Answering Phone Calls Booking Appointments into Smart Service dispatching software Responding to Emails and Online inquiries Maintaining a clean working environment Filing Receipts and other Paperwork as Required Must be available to work every Saturday
Qualifications include:

High School Diploma (or Equivalent) preferred Ability to communicate effectively, using active listening and clearly speaking to customers Organized and self-motivated, able to work in a fast-paced environment Excellent Customer Service Skills

We deal with residential and commercial properties offering furnace and duct cleanings, furnace & ac tune-ups, dryer and other vent cleanings, furnace and ac repairs, furnace, hot water tank and air conditioner installations and 24hr. Emergency furnace repairs.

We use truck mounted and portable vacuum systems with advanced technology to perform top of the line furnace and duct cleanings.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
