The Service CSR administers all service documentation for the service department and will aid in front desk administration. Based on a full-time in-office schedule at our Calgary office, your aim is to be a reliable customer service representative and keep documents organized. Providing top-notch customer service support and ensuring administration organization is essential. Work efforts must align with the needs of the Service Manager and Service Techs. Be a good steward of the company's service business.

Description of Job Responsibilities:




Work safely and in alignment with all health & safety regulations. Be knowledgeable of all aspects of our service business systems; training will be provided. Handle, direct, and action inbound customer communications. Receive/ direct/ assist incoming calls for the company and backup phone coverage when necessary. Create and distribute return authorizations for customer units in need of repair. Handle the sign-in process for customer units. Open service quotes for service techs, help with presentation and distribution to the client. Create and communicate purchase orders to our vendors. Expedite repairs with our vendors. Pick parts for service work. Handle customer inquiries on repair status. Facilitate parts transactions from the warehouse to the Service Order. Create shipping paperwork and communicate shipping needs to our warehouse team. Process credit card transactions. Convert Service Orders to Service Invoices in our billing system. Coordinate electrical inspections for sales units. Attend A/R and A/P activities associated with Service & Rental business. Support other offices in peak periods and for vacation and sick coverage. Full participation in annual warehouse inventory and unit fleet counts. Support to the Rental dept as directed by management. Other duties as required by Hoskin & Measur management.



Requirements and Skills:




Must have a positive attitude Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are required Must be organized and have good time management skills Proven ability to analyze and offer problem solving solutions for the customer and team members Partner with key stakeholders, such as sales, finance, rentals, and shipping, for the growth and ongoing operations of the Hoskin Group & Measur Service Department's business.

Post-secondary education

in Business Administration or related discipline would be

considered an Asset

Proficient with Microsoft applications, particularly Outlook Must be self-motivated and able to work independently Familiar with and able to meet or exceed goals
