Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. Provide accurate information regarding products and services while addressing customer concerns effectively. Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Utilize upselling techniques to promote additional products or services that meet customer needs. Analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement in service delivery. Maintain a high level of phone etiquette while ensuring clear communication with customers Collaborate with team members to enhance overall customer satisfaction and resolve complex issues.

Requirements

Proven experience in customer service or a related field is preferred. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers. Proficiency in data entry with attention to detail for maintaining accurate records. Multilingual capabilities, particularly in English and French, are highly desirable. Analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide tailored solutions. Sales experience is a plus, particularly in upselling products or services.
