We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic customer service representatives to join our Calgary-based team. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, a proven track record in telephone customer service, and knowledge in sewing, which is a bonus. You will be the friendly voice of the company, assisting customers with their inquiries, providing product knowledge, and ensuring a positive experience with our brand.
Responsibilities
Plan and schedule calls to offer top-notch customer attendance and retention
Familiarize and provide detailed information about the company's products, including product recommendations for various applications and projects
Collaborate with the inside sales team to pass on specific interests and inquiries, leading to a sale
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM software
Requirements
Experience: minimum of 3 years in telephone customer service
Sewing knowledge (bonus): familiarity with sewing and thread applications (e.g. quilting, embroidery, garment construction etc).
Language skills: Fluency in English; French language skills are a strong asset.
Technical skills: experience with CRM software for managing customer relationships.
Interpersonal skills: Excellent communication and salesmanship with a customer-first mindset.
