Position Summary

The CSR will be a dedicated Customer Service Rep for several accounts and provide support to the drivers to ensure the timely movement of ground freight.

Location: 4700 - 102 Avenue SE, Calgary

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:am - 5:30pm

What you will do

• Customer service, inbound and outbound, emails and phone calls

• Support customer enquiries, confirming delivery dates and times and providing updates throughout the day

• responding to customer escalations in a professional and courteous manner

• First point of contact with drivers while enroute

• Successfully pass a criminal background check
• Strong geographical knowledge
• Fluent in English
• Knowledge of the transportation industry
• Must have a valid drivers\' license and own vehicle
