Responsibilities



Engage with customers via phone, email, and chat to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product or service information. Assist clients with sales processes, including explaining features, upselling relevant products, and guiding them through transactions. Manage data entry tasks accurately, maintaining detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback. Handle outbound calling campaigns to follow up on inquiries, promote new offerings, or gather customer insights. Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to ensure every interaction is positive and professional. Support client services by troubleshooting problems efficiently and escalating complex issues when necessary. Utilize Microsoft Office tools and other computer applications to document interactions and generate reports that aid in analysis and continuous improvement.

Bilingual proficiency in English plus additional languages enhances communication with a broader audience. Proven experience in call center environments or customer service roles involving outbound calling and client interaction. Exceptional communication skills, including active listening, clear articulation, and persuasive speaking. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and general computer literacy for data management and reporting purposes. Demonstrated ability to handle cash transactions accurately when required; good typing skills for efficient data entry. Knowledge of call center protocols such as call handling procedures, analysis skills for customer feedback, and maintaining professionalism under pressure. Pay: $27.00-$30.00 per hour
