Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative:

Build strong, lasting connections with each customer to foster loyalty and engagement. Contribute to sales growth by ensuring a top-tier customer experience at every touchpoint. Meet and exceed performance targets through strategic upselling and persuasive communication. Act as a trusted advisor by highlighting key product features and advantages instead of relying on discounts. Provide prompt and courteous support to resolve customer questions and concerns efficiently. Work closely with other Rogers team members to brainstorm new strategies for boosting sales and improving profitability.

Requirements for the Customer Service Representative:

An associate's degree is highly recommended, though not mandatory. A minimum of one year of relevant experience in retail, sales, customer service, or an equivalent entry-level role is required. An energetic, team-oriented individual with a commitment to collaboration with both team members and customers. A self-motivated and goal-oriented professional mindset. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential. A willingness to learn and a commitment to continuous improvement and success. Driver license, and reliable transportation to commute within a 20-30 km radius of our office
