We are seeking an English speaking adult to work weekdays and on Saturdays 3yrs. experience is essential.
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. Your ability to communicate effectively, handle inquiries, and resolve issues will be essential in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Duties

Respond promptly to customer inquiries and questions about our products Provide accurate information about products Assist customers with picking products and placing orders Handle complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner Upsell products and services when appropriate to enhance customer experience Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction Adhere to company policies regarding phone etiquette and customer interactions

Qualifications

Minimum 3yrs. customer service is essential Strong communication & excellent math skills Previous experience in managing a cash register A friendly demeanor. Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail A positive attitude and a willingness to learn new skills.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36 - 44 per week
