Job Description

An expanding and progressive, locally owned and operated, insurance brokerage is in search of a qualified insurance professional to join our dynamic team! The Customer Service Representative will work to support our entire team in providing exceptional service to our clients.

Required Qualifications:

High school diploma

Willingness to learn (training provided)

Excellent communications skills and attention to detail

Strong time management skills

Positive, personable attitude

Motivated self-starter, with an ability to function effectively with others in a team environment

Commitment to delivering superior client service

Preferred (but not required Qualifications:

Level 1 General Insurance License

Previous Experience in an Insurance Brokerage

Post-secondary education and/or CAIB or CIP Designation.
