Position Summary
We are seeking a
Customer Service Representative
to be the first point of contact for our customers. The ideal candidate is friendly, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. This role includes answering incoming calls, assisting walk-in customers, managing customer updates, and handling data entry with accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and timely manner
Greet and assist walk-in customers
Provide updates to customers regarding repair status
Enter customer, vehicle, and repair information into internal systems with high accuracy
Support the collision centre team with administrative tasks as needed
Coordinate with technicians and estimators to ensure smooth workflow and communication
Maintain a clean, organized reception and customer area
Preferred Qualifications
Previous customer service experience (automotive or collision centre experience is an asset)
Basic understanding of the collision repair process
Basic knowledge of how to write or understand a collision estimate is an asset
Strong computer skills and accurate data entry abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
Positive attitude and strong problem-solving abilities
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
