We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. Your ability to communicate effectively and handle inquiries will be essential in ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities



Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. Provide accurate information regarding products and services while demonstrating excellent phone and e-mail etiquette. Assist customers and suppliers with information requests, document review, order placements etc., while ensuring a smooth process. Utilize data entry skills to maintain accurate customer records and update account information as needed in CRM. Identify opportunities for additional products or services that meet customer needs. Analyze customer feedback to improve service delivery and enhance the overall customer experience. Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues efficiently and effectively. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company policies, procedures, and product offerings. Maintain and organize all electronic files received from Customers and Suppliers. Assist with Preparing Reports for sales reps, suppliers, and management as required. Assist in the preparation of Sales Forecasts and Budgets when requested. Assist Finance with sending customer Invoices, making communication, and any payment inquiry follow-ups.

Qualifications



Proven experience in customer service or a related field is preferred. Knowledge of Pharmaceuticals/API Industry Would Be an Advantage Strong communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable. Strong computer skills in MS Office environment and SalesForce CRM. Proficient in data entry with attention to detail for maintaining accurate records. Ability to analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions effectively. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment but also independently. Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
