We are currently hiring for the position of Customer Service Representative at our Brantford, Ontario location. This is a full-time, permanent role with a comprehensive compensation package that includes:

Job Responsibilities:



Provide support Sales Account Managers. Generate customer quotes, work orders, and pre-invoicing sales reports using the Material Tracking System (MTS), ensuring accuracy and detail. Generate and provide waste reports to customers. Maintain and update customer profiles in the Material Tracking System (MTS). Enter, track, and report electronic waste manifests using Ontario's Hazardous Waste Digital Reporting Service. Collaborate with laboratory and management to ensure proper waste classification and coding. Work closely with the scheduling team to ensure timely service delivery, follow up with customers, and confirm pick-up details. Coordinate projects with account managers, operations, and external vendors to ensure smooth workflow. Ensure contracts are in place and valid purchase orders and waste profiles are received. Address and resolve minor customer complaints. Reach out to previous and current customers to promote new and existing programs and services. Provide completed service paperwork--including Requests for Service Forms, Purchase Orders, and Work Orders--to Accounting for billing. Assist in review of customer accounts annually, updating pricing, services, and purchase orders as needed. Adhere to all legal requirements and company policies, procedures, and guidelines. Maintain a courteous and professional attitude towards customers and colleagues. Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications

High School Diploma Customer Service Experience Experience with Microsoft Office suite Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.

Work Environment



Required to use computer, printers, scanners, and phone.

Required to sit for extended periods of time.

Will be exposed to an office environment.
