WESTMAN STEEL, a national supplier of premium steel roofing and siding, is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our Brandon, Manitoba team. CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a key role in building strong and effective relationships with new, existing, and potential customers. You'll be the direct link between Westman Steel and our clients--providing product solutions, initiating customer contact, and responding promptly to customer needs and inquiries. In this inside sales role, you will deliver friendly and timely service, generate accurate sales quotes, process orders, and support various other sales-related functions that help drive our continued success. Anticipated start date of January 12, 2026.

This role requires:

Completion of an Office Administration Diploma/Certificate or equivalent experience and coursework. One to Two years related sales and customer service experience (manufacturing or large office environment is an asset). Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills. Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environment; adapt to change and work under pressure.
