We are looking to fill a position in our Brampton location!

At Money Direct, you will be required to handle cash on a daily basis. While serving customers at the front window you will be responsible for operating a cash drawer during the duration of your shift. You will be required to deliver excellent customer service at our front window, over the phone and outside the stores during our marketing initiatives. While communicating with our clients, our main responsibilities include taking care of our client's needs and informing them about our products, services and promotions.

Responsibilities and Duties

Provide a high level of Customer Service

Cash cheques quickly and efficiently

General office duties, proper use of equipment

Sell benefits of ancillary services to customers

Prepare collection files and assist in the collection process

Extensive knowledge of all safety and security procedures relating to the store

Extensive understanding of all company policies and procedures

Daily maintenance and upkeep of store

Expectations

Delivering a wide array of financial products and services in a branch environment

Providing exceptional customer service to a broad and diverse client base

Ensuring that cash and inventory controls are adhered to

Active involvement in the collection process for overdue accounts

General office administration

Support your team, manager and company with the overall growth and success in the business

Active in local area marketing, assist in the growth of the customers and the branch

Work independently with strong sole decision making skills

Organization, maintain neat and accurate records

Maintain the up keep on the branch

Complete tasks and assignments as directed by the Branch Manager

Qualifications and Skills

High school diploma

Passionate about exceptional customer service

Thrive in a fast-paced team environment

Confident, assertive, well-organized and detail-oriented

Have an interest in financial services

Enjoy being challenged and finding solutions

Previous customer service and cash handling experience
