Duties

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat. Provide accurate information about products and services, ensuring customer satisfaction. Assist customers with account management, including data entry and updating information in the system. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services to enhance customer experience. Handle complaints or issues with patience and professionalism, aiming for resolution and positive outcomes. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions for quality assurance purposes. Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and contribute to a positive work environment.

Requirements

Excellent communication skills in English; bilingual proficiency in Spanish is highly desirable. Strong data entry skills with attention to detail. Demonstrated analysis skills to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions. Experience in sales or upselling techniques is a plus. Exceptional phone etiquette and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in customer service is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided. Ability to work well within a team and adapt to changing priorities.
