We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant/Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong clerical and administrative skills, ensuring smooth office operations and exceptional customer service.

Need someone reliable, trustworthy, well organized, punctuality is a must, polite, good communication skills, motivated, team work, flexibility and ambitious.
Knowledge of basic computer, Words and Excel.
Will be trained for different job in the office including shipping office.
Office work: data entry computer, answering phone, filing, scheduling appt.
8:00AM TO 5:00PM, MONDAY TO FRIDAY
Duties
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records.
Assist in filing and organizing documents to ensure easy retrieval of information.
Support office management by coordinating schedules, managing calendars, and organizing meetings.
Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace for document creation and management.
Proofread documents to ensure accuracy and clarity before distribution.
Provide administrative support to team members as required, including typing correspondence and reports.
Qualifications
Previous office experience is preferred, with a focus on clerical or administrative roles.
Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications.
