we need someone to take calls from customers, book service calls.
also to do some part ordering, recieving and rescheduling.
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for interacting with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about our products and services.
Duties
- Answer incoming customer calls regarding product inquiries, service questions, and general client concerns
- Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail, or social media
- Use telephones to reach out to customers and verify account information
- Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling
- Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges
- Utilize computer technology to handle high call volumes
- Work with customer service manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered
Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to analyze and solve problems efficiently
- Proficiency in data entry and typing
- Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus
- Multilingual abilities are advantageous
- Strong phone etiquette skills
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $19.00-$25.90 per hour
