Muro North America Inc. has an opening for an experienced Customer Service Representative. This position involves taking incoming calls, scheduling deliveries and processing sales quotes for customers and the outside sales team. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries promptly and effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Knowledge of the construction industry is an asset but not required.
Inside Sales Duties:
Answer phones and input sales for customers based on availability listed in the system
Process quotes received via email and telephone.
Respond swiftly and courteously to customer complaints or inquiries
Follow the suggested script provided to all Inside Sales Representatives
Capture customer information, including addresses and phone numbers, for future follow-up
Adjust your sales presentation based on success/fail averages
Build rapport with customers through friendly, engaging communication
Qualifications:
2+ years' inside sales experience (incoming call preferred)
Excellent verbal communication skills and telephone manner
Familiarity with Windows operating systems
Knowledge of construction industry
Proven track record of successful sales experience preferred
