Build long-term relationships by providing excellent service and support.
Shipment Coordination
Monitor and track shipments using internal systems and provide customers with timely updates.
Manage exceptions such as delays, damages, or lost shipments with proactive solutions.
Partner with the operations team to achieve on-time and accurate deliveries.
Order Administration
Process incoming customer orders accurately within company systems.
Verify the completeness of order details to avoid discrepancies.
Coordinate cross-functionally to ensure smooth and efficient order fulfillment.
Data & Reporting
Record shipment and order data accurately in required formats (Excel, Master Airway Bills, etc.).
Maintain high data quality standards within company databases.
Generate and analyze reports to provide insights for operational and strategic decisions.
Revenue Growth Support
Identify upselling opportunities and convert inquiries into confirmed orders.
Recover cancelled or at-risk shipments through proactive customer engagement.
Work closely with the sales team to promote logistics solutions and company services.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification (logistics, supply chain, or related field preferred).
Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service, logistics, or courier industry (preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse clientele.
Problem-solving mindset with solid analytical capabilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel expertise required).
Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
