Key Responsibilities:
Respond to
inbound and outbound calls
professionally and efficiently
Manage customer emails and inquiries with accuracy and care
Address questions related to waste collection, billing, and service updates
Input and update service requests and customer information in the system
Coordinate with dispatch and operations to schedule or modify service orders
Log all customer interactions and ensure appropriate follow-up
Assist with additional administrative duties as directed
Requirements:
Previous experience in customer service or office administration
Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
Clear communication skills, both verbal and written
Organized, punctual, and detail-oriented
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Start times vary: 7:00 AM - 10:00 AM
Shifts range from 7:00-3:00, 8:00-4:00, 9:00-5:00, or 10:00-6:00
Full-time temporary role, 5 days/week
