Owasco RV Centre is looking for an: Energetic, Enthusiastic, Reliable & Self Motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team! This is an opportunity to work for an exceptional company and enjoy the benefits of competitive pay and a great work environment.

Must be available: Monday-Saturday between the hours of 8:00am-5:00pm

Duties & Responsibilities:

Help clients plan their dream RV Vacation Quoting RV Rentals Booking RV Rentals via telephone, email, and in-person Completes regular follow-ups to encourage RV Reservations Establishes and maintains good working relationships with customers to encourage repeat and referral business Takes the initiative to exceed customer satisfaction, even if it requires overcoming obstacles Ensures that each and every customer encounter is consistent Completing Rental Agreements Daily cash and credit card transactions- when needed Completing orientations of RVs to clients during check out

Qualifications:

College or University education an asset The employer will provide all training German and/or Dutch Language Skills (as well as English) considered an asset.

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Monday to Friday Weekends as needed
