Job Summary


We are seeking a dedicated and personable Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and ensuring their needs are met efficiently and professionally. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, fluent in English and have experience in data entry, sales, and upselling. Your ability to analyze customer inquiries and deliver solutions will contribute significantly to customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Duties



Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat Provide accurate information about products and services, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette Assist customers with account management, order processing, and issue resolution Utilize data entry skills to update customer records and transaction details accurately Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to enhance customer experience and increase sales Analyze customer feedback and inquiries to identify trends or areas for improvement Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent service quality across all channels Maintain a positive attitude while handling challenging situations with patience and professionalism

Requirements



Experience in electrical field is an asset but we are willing to train Proven experience in customer service or related roles with strong communication skills Bilingual is a benefit not a necessity Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail Strong analysis skills to interpret customer needs and provide appropriate solutions Experience in sales, upselling, or cross-selling is preferred Exceptional phone etiquette and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously Knowledge of CRM software or other customer management tools is a plus Willing to learn new skills and adapt to a growing industry Being punctual for shift times

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $22.00-$27.00 per hour
