Job Overview
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Greet customers
Operate cash register and handle transactions.
Ensure accuracy in handling cash, credit/debit card transactions, and change.
Stock shelves and clean counter area
Maintain product displays and ensure shelves are well-stocked.
Assist in receiving and organizing incoming shipments.
Keep the store clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
Perform routine cleaning tasks, such as sweeping and mopping.
Follow legal requirements related to age-restricted products (e.g., tobacco, lottery).
Skills:
Strong customer service skills.
Efficient time management skills.
Reliable.
Attention to detail and ability to problem solve.
Sales experience.
Experience operating the Ontario Lottery & Gaming terminal.
Required:
Smart Serve Certification
Experience operating the Ontario Lottery & Gaming terminal
Experience with Tobacco and Tobacco products
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $17.20 per hour
