Position: Customer Service Representative/ Bank Teller
Location: Mississauga (Onsite)
Salary: Competitive hourly rate
Hours: Monday to Friday 9am-5pm
Job Type: Temporary (12 months with potential for extension)
Position Overview
Our client, a well-established financial institution, is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused professional to join our branch team as a Customer Service Representative (CSR). In this role, you'll provide exceptional client service, process daily banking transactions, and support branch operations in a dynamic, evolving environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle client inquiries and transactions including deposits, withdrawals, wire transfers, and foreign exchange.
- Open new accounts and assist with related documentation and compliance reviews.
- Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and adherence to banking policies.
- Reconcile cash and maintain accurate daily records.
- Support branch staff with administrative and operational tasks.
Qualifications:
- Post-secondary education in business, finance, or a related field preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in banking, financial services, or customer service.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and professionalism.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with banking systems an asset.
- Ability to speak Mandarin is strongly preferred.
