Job Description

Off-Road Canada, Canada's Oldest 4x4 shop has an opening for a full time Customer Service Representative. The successful candidate must have excellent customer service skills and a desire to exceed customer expectations.

Duties and Responsibilities include:

- Receive Customer sales/service requests by phone, email or in person and deliver cost effective solutions

- Respond and follow up with customer requests in a timely manner

- Process Customer orders

- Make outbound calls to existing and new customers

- Market new and existing product lines thru social media

- Maintain store showroom

- Inventory management

- Learn about a diverse line of products

- Must be a team player and also be able to work independently

Qualifications:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Computer literate with strong skills in Microsoft Office and social media

- Valid Class 5 driver's licence

- Knowledge of the automotive/after market accessory market is preferred but not mandatory

Pay: $20.00-$38.00 per hour

Education:

Secondary School (preferred)
Experience:

Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
