Role

As an Expert Customer Service Advisor, we will call on your advisory strengths to respond to customers, according to their water heater needs. Your goal? Guarantee a remarkable customer experience and achieve the envisaged results.

Responsibilities

Be an ambassador to our customers at our head office in Anjou;
Answer incoming customer calls (questions about our products and services, billing, retention, etc.);
Act as an intermediary between customers and suppliers;
Navigate with ease in a complex system to update client files and other administrative tasks;
All other related tasks

Ideal requirements

Master English and French, to communicate with all our clients; Quickly and easily create good relationships with customers; Have comfort in proposing products and services in an acquisition context; Be comfortable with computer systems; Analyze problematic situations with judgment; Having call center experience is an asset; Be available according to operational needs (8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Monday to Friday).
