Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative at Domino's, you are the friendly voice and welcoming face of our store. You'll handle customer orders over the phone, online, and in person -- ensuring every guest has a fast, accurate, and enjoyable experience

Also, you are at the heart of our operations -- crafting delicious pizzas and ensuring every order meets Domino's quality standards. You'll work with a fun, energetic team in a fast-paced environment where your efficiency and attention to detail make all the difference.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook pizzas and other menu items to Domino's standards

Ensure accuracy, speed, and consistency in food preparation

Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area

Follow food safety and hygiene procedures at all times

Assist with inventory, stocking, and general store duties

Support other team members and help create a positive work environment

Greet customers with a positive, friendly attitude

Take and process orders accurately via phone, online, and in-store

Handle cash and credit transactions with attention to detail

Assist with store operations, including food prep and cleaning tasks

Communicate effectively with team members and delivery drivers

Help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From $17.60 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
