Customer Service Representative
to join our dynamic team.
Position Overview:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. You will assist individuals in placing orders, resolving inquiries, and providing product information with care and professionalism. Your support helps improve the quality of life for those we serve--and that's a responsibility we take seriously.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online chat in a timely and courteous manner
Assist customers with product selection, order placement, and general questions
Provide accurate information about our medical supplies and services
Resolve product or service problems by clarifying customer complaints, determining the cause, and offering effective solutions
Maintain customer records by updating account information
Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
Stay informed about our product lines, industry trends, and customer needs
What We're Looking For:
A positive, energetic team player with a passion for helping others
1+ year(s) of customer service or related experience (medical supply or healthcare background is an asset)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with computers, CRM systems, and order management software (training provided)
Bilingual in French and English is a strong asset
