Job Summary All-Risks Insurance Brokers Limited is a full service insurance brokerage offering a broad array of property, casualty, life, health and investment products and services to the residents of Ontario. We offer our customers a choice of high quality insurance products from a number of reputable and financially secure insurance companies in a friendly and courteous environment. We currently have a vacancy for a Customer Service Representative, Niagara Falls location. Responsibilities: As a Customer Service Representative, your primary focus will be maintaining client profiles, reception, assisting producers. The successful candidate must be able to resolve client issues with minimal assistance and disruption as well as multi-task while meeting deadlines. Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years customer service experience
- Highly developed customer service skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure with minimum supervision
- Experience with Power Broker, CompuQuote and Company portals is an asset
- Dental care
- Extended health care
- Vision care
- French not required
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
- Signing bonus
