As a growing LTL / TL trucking company we are hiring for the position of

Customer Service Representative.

This is a full-time on-site position based at our Acheson, AB terminal.

Primary Responsibilities:

Data entry of load information into the Fleet Management System (Truckmate) Take incoming calls from customers and respond to tracing emails Verify and update all load information to ensure all necessary information is correct, such as Customer contact details, rates, weight, times and location Assist in problem solving and conflict resolution with customers as problems arise Monitor load board to ensure accurate tracking of loads Communicate and update customer with load information Provide administrative support to Dispatch team as required

The ideal candidate will have:

High School Diploma or equivalent 1 to 2 years in a similar role Sense of urgency with a strong customer focus Excellent communication skills - both written and oral Excellent computer keyboarding skills Proficient with various computer applications such as Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Knowledge of the Transportation Industry an asset
