We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Service Representative with experience in the Waterworks industry to join our team at our Waterworks location in Abbotsford, BC. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional service and support through various channels including phone, email, and in-person interactions.
Answer customer inquiries promptly and professionally, addressing their needs and concerns
Process sales orders, quotes, and returns accurately and efficiently
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or solutions
Collaborate with sales teams to generate leads and close sales opportunities
Follow up on backorders and provide accurate delivery information to customers
Resolve customer issues in accordance with company policies and procedures
Maintain up-to-date customer records and contact information
Support counter sales activities as part of the team
Assist in processing warranty claims and returns
Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment
Perform other tasks as assigned by the manager
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; college or university degree is an asset
Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service within the Waterworks industry or related experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to identify customer needs and provide effective solutions
Proficiency in learning and operating customer relationship management (CRM) software
Capability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks
Intermediate math skills for processing orders and calculating quotes
Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure
Knowledge of infrastructure products or industry-specific experience is a must
Additional Information
Salary Range: $50,000 to $60,000 annually (depending on experience and performance)
