Customer Service Agent

Key Responsibilities

Handle

inbound and outbound calls

with customers and partners

Schedule appointments

and coordinate logistics with internal departments Accurately perform

data entry

and maintain up-to-date records Communicate shipment updates, service changes, and resolve issues Work closely with dispatch and other internal teams to ensure smooth operations Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through professional and proactive communication

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of experience

in a customer service role Experience in the

transportation or logistics industry

is a strong asset

Bilingual

- fluent in English and French (or Spanish) Strong computer skills; experience with Microsoft Office and CRM systems Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities Team player with a positive and proactive mindset
