Position Summary The CSR would be the first point of contact for our customers. our responsibilities will include addressing customer inquiries, tracking and updating shipment status, and resolving any issues or concerns that may arise during the shipping process. Your exceptional customer service skills will play a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining positive relationships with our clients. Location: 1100 Polytek St, Gloucester, Ontario, Canada Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday: 8:30am - 5:00pm What you will do
Customer service, inbound and outbound, emails and phone calls
Enter data into computerized databases and spreadsheets accurately and efficiently
Support customer enquiries, confirming delivery dates and times andproviding updates throughout the day
Responding to customer escalations in a professional and courteous manner
First point of contact with drivers while enroute
Assist with dispatch and routing when required
Assist with receiving merchandise into the computer system
Schedule deliveries via phone calls and email to customers in Ontairo and Quebec
Ensure inventory has upcoming delivery dates

1-2 years relevant experience
High school diploma
Strong computer and typing skills
FLUENT IN FRENCH AND ENGLISH IS MANDATORY
Quick to learn software programs
Good communication skills and etiquitte, both verbal and written
Ability to multitask and prioritize
Detail oriented, responsible and accountable
Ability to maintain goal oriented focus in a busy work environment
Strong geographical knowledge
Knowledge of the transportation industry
Must have a valid drivers\' license and own vehicle
