We are currently seeking a
Customer Service Representative
to join our front-store retail team. The ideal candidate is personable, reliable, and enjoys helping others. No experience is necessary -- we provide full training.
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting with purchases, answering questions, and ensuring the store is well-stocked, organized, and welcoming.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service & Sales Support
Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner, offering assistance as needed.
Provide knowledgeable support for front-store products, promotions, and services.
Operate the cash register accurately and efficiently for all transactions.
Handle exchanges, returns, and refunds in accordance with store policy.
Assist customers in locating products and making informed purchase decisions.
Merchandising & Store Presentation
Restock shelves and maintain product displays to ensure an organized and visually appealing store.
Rotate stock and check for expired or damaged products.
Assist in setting up seasonal or promotional displays.
Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe retail environment at all times.
Inventory & Administrative Support
Assist with receiving, unpacking, and pricing incoming inventory.
Perform regular stock counts and report low or missing items.
Support ordering and restocking processes as directed by management.
Team Collaboration
Work cooperatively with other staff to ensure efficient store operations.
Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members about customer needs, stock issues, and store priorities.
Participate in training and development to enhance product knowledge and service skills.
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
Basic math and computer skills for sales transactions.
Prior retail or customer service experience is an asset but not required
