RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Act as an escalation point towards our Wireless Network vendor, to investigate, expedite, and resolve network issues and business affecting problems
  • Rollout projects and deployments into production with assistance of Operation teams
  • Priming root cause analysis and following up on problems with other teams and/or vendor
  • Coordinate activities with other groups including Engineering, Technology Development, Operations, and Real Estate to support our business needs
  • Process customer requests through our ticketing system and others
  • Manage and update the inventory database
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Client facing work experience (communications)
  • Minimum of 3 years of technical experience in a telecommunications environment, including knowledge of telephone networks and voice technology
  • Ability to manage and coordinate multiple customer projects simultaneously
  • ITIL certification is an asset
  • A clean corporate and Police security background check is required
  • Bilingual French/English

RESPONSABILIT\xc3\x89S
  • Agir en tant que point d\'escalade vers notre partenaire de r\xc3\xa9seau sans fil, afin d\'enqu\xc3\xaater, d\'acc\xc3\xa9l\xc3\xa9rer et de r\xc3\xa9soudre les probl\xc3\xa8mes de r\xc3\xa9seau et les probl\xc3\xa8mes affectant nos clients.
  • Mettre en \xc5\x93uvre les projets et les d\xc3\xa9ploiements en production avec l\'aide des \xc3\xa9quipes op\xc3\xa9rationnelles.
  • Effectuer l\'analyse des causes premi\xc3\xa8res et assurer le suivi des probl\xc3\xa8mes avec les autres \xc3\xa9quipes et/ou le fournisseur.
  • Coordonner les activit\xc3\xa9s avec d\'autres groupes, notamment l\'ing\xc3\xa9nierie, le d\xc3\xa9veloppement technologique, l\'exploitation et l\'immobilier, afin de r\xc3\xa9pondre aux besoins de l\'entreprise.
  • Traiter les demandes des clients en utilisant, entre autres, l\'outil de gestion de billetteries.
  • G\xc3\xa9rer et mettre \xc3\xa0 jour le syst\xc3\xa8me d\'inventaire
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Exp\xc3\xa9rience en contact (communication) client.
  • Minimum de 3 ans d\'exp\xc3\xa9rience technique dans un environnement de t\xc3\xa9l\xc3\xa9communications, y compris la connaissance des r\xc3\xa9seaux t\xc3\xa9l\xc3\xa9phoniques et de la technologie vocale.
  • Capacit\xc3\xa9 \xc3\xa0 g\xc3\xa9rer et \xc3\xa0 coordonner plusieurs projets clients simultan\xc3\xa9ment.
  • Certification ITIL est un atout.
  • Une v\xc3\xa9rification des ant\xc3\xa9c\xc3\xa9dents par la police est requise.
