This Customer Service Rep Position Features:

• Great Pay to $56K

The Customer Service Rep. is accountable for the following:
o Processing customer orders and invoices;
o Posting invoices into accounting system
o Answering incoming telephone calls,
o Communicating price changes to customers and fellow employees,
o Managing transport logistics for outgoing orders,
o Coordinating customer order requests with production department,
o Reconciling inventory ledgers Filing office correspondence.
o Customer Service / ADMIN /Purchasing DUTIES
o Premix 1 & Premix 2 Label Copies -responsible for stapling together and giving to QC.
o Taking/Entering Orders - Orders/Assigning/Invoicing for all consignment customers.
o Match consignment orders
o Check invoices created and distribute/mail as needed.
o Statements - sort and mail when necessary.
o Email/distributes holiday notices and price lists.
o Purolator shipment (Before the front desk person)
o Orders/Assigning/Invoicing all Ontario livestock customers; pet customers in Quebec; and other locations (St. Hyacinthe and Lethbridge).
o Arranges freight as necessary.
o Does month end invoicing for consignment customers.
o Adds products into production and prints work orders.
o Check formula downloads.
o Creates consignment POs and POs for receiving material for the warehouse.
o Match all other orders making sure any special pricing is attached - to be matched in morning
Qualifications and Skills
o Preferred post-secondary education in agriculture, Preferred experience within the animal feed industry,
o Proficient in computer systems such as Microsoft Office, Ability to communicate well orally, and in writing.
o Good telephone manners in a hurried environment.
o Autonomy and organization.
o Multi-tasking skills that allow you to work through interruptions in an efficient manner,
o Ability to work in teams.
