The ideal candidate has a strong administrative background--preferably within the plumbing, construction, or service industry--and excels at answering phones with energy and professionalism. You should be someone who can put customers at ease and consistently deliver exceptional service.
Responsibilities:
Deliver excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
Answer and direct phone calls
Organize and schedule appointments
Plan meetings and take detailed notes
Write and distribute emails, memos, letters, and forms
Assist in preparing regularly scheduled reports
Develop and maintain an organized filing system
Manage customer billing and payment collection
Perform accounts payable and receivable tasks as needed
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of administrative experience in a similar environment
Strong customer service skills
Ability to interact with customers in a supportive and professional manner
Comfortable handling high call volumes and customer inquiries
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Experience with QuickBooks and/or Jobber is an asset
