Summary



'We are seeking a Customer Support & Project Coordinator to join our team. Based in Laval, this role is vital in ensuring our customers receive outstanding service and support, as does our sales team. As part of MDR Brands, you will contribute to our commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.'

Responsibilities



Manage customer inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and efficiency. Maintain accurate data entry and update customer records diligently. Provide multilingual support in English and French to serve our diverse client base. Manage new skus and products with marketing and purchasing teams Collaborate with sales teams to ensure customer needs are met promptly.

Qualifications



Proven experience in customer service or support roles. Strong data entry and analysis skills. Bilingual proficiency in English and French. Excellent communication and phone etiquette skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Creativity and Design knowledge an asset but not required
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $48,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
