Responsibilities
Engage with customers to provide timely and accurate support
Assist clients with inquiries, product information, and issue resolution using excellent etiquette

Handle cash transactions accurately when required and process payments securely

Qualifications
Bilingual abilities are highly desirable; fluency in English plus additional languages is a plus
Strong communication skills with the ability to listen actively and convey information clearly
Proficiency in general computer skills necessary for daily tasks
