Zocalo is

seeking a dedicated Customer Service Pro to join our team. In this role, you will be the friendly face of our gallery, helping customers find the perfect gifts and plants while ensuring their experience is top-shelf. Your contribution will help us foster a welcoming community environment.

Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries. Manage data entry tasks accurately to maintain customer records. Provide product information to enhance customer satisfaction. Handle phone calls, online sales and emails professionally, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and command of written communications. Communicate effectively with customers in English. Support sales goals through proactive engagement and by building personal connections. Process inventory, manage stock rotation, overall store maintenance and cleaning. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

Proven experience in customer service or retail environment. Excellent communication skills in English Strong data entry skills with attention to detail. Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations gracefully. Excellent communicator and effective self-motivator. Possess sense of humour and ability to be flexible. Friendly, approachable demeanor with a passion for helping others. Familiarity with phone etiquette and professional written communication standards.

Pay: $17.00-$18.00 per hour
