Customer Service & Order Fulfillment specialist
to support our growing international business.
This position "Customer Service Officer" will act as a
bridge between North American customers and the China factory
, ensuring smooth communication, accurate order fulfillment, and excellent customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary contact for customers across the U.S., Canada and potential customers in other American countries regarding order status, issue resolution, and relationship management.
Manage the end-to-end order fulfillment process -- from receiving PO, order entry, confirmation on pricing, item details and production tracking to shipment and co-ordinate with factory for invoicing.
Communicate effectively with distribution facilities in North America the factory team in China to align stock, production schedules and shipping plans.
Clearly communicate timelines, processes and what the customer can expect next.
Handle customer inquiries, issues, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Maintain accurate records and reports in the company's system or order management system.
Support improvement of internal processes to enhance customer satisfaction and efficiency.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in
business administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field is preferred.
3-5 years
of relevant experience in
customer service, order fulfillment, or supply chain
(preferably in a manufacturing or OEM environment).
Fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin), Cantonese will be a plus
.
Excellent
communication, coordination, and proactive problem-solving skills
.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced, international environment.
Experience with
ERP or CRM systems
and solid computer literacy (Excel, Word, etc.).
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with
North American customers
in an OEM or export business.
Familiarity with
international logistics

customs documentation
, and
trade compliance
.
