Duties
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
Assist customers with product information, order processing, and issue resolution
Perform data entry accurately to update customer records and transaction details
Engage in upselling and sales techniques to promote additional products or services
Analyze customer feedback and interactions to identify opportunities for improvement
Maintain excellent phone etiquette and communication skills at all times
Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and high-quality customer service
Experience
Previous experience in customer service or a related role is preferred but not required
Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
Demonstrated analysis skills to assess customer needs and provide tailored solutions
Experience in sales or upselling techniques is a plus
Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and active listening abilities
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining professionalism under pressure
