Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. You will help resolve inquiries, assist with product information, and ensure a positive customer experience. Ideal candidates will possess strong communication skills, a knack for sales, and the ability to analyze customer needs effectively.

Duties

Process and manage customer orders, ensuring timely fulfillment and communication with production teams. Provide responsive email and phone support to address customer inquiries and resolve issues. Use QuickBooks Online for order entry, invoicing, and record-keeping. Coordinate with production, logistics, and sales teams for smooth order processing and on-time delivery. Update CRM systems to track customer interactions and order statuses. Follow up on quotes and provide updates to customers. Identify opportunities to streamline order processing workflows.

Requirements

Proven experience in customer service or sales roles, preferably in the plastic injection molding or manufacturing industry. Strong phone etiquette and communication skills in English. Ability to analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions effectively. Experience with upselling techniques is advantageous. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure. Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with CRM software or similar tools. Knowledge of manufacturing processes and production coordination is a plus.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $24.00-$26.00 per hour
