What You'll Do:

Process alarm signals quickly, accurately and professionally in stressful situations Dispatch the proper authorities, verify that help is on the way and notify subscribers Accurately document all responses for the alarm on the computer Learn and use new software to complete multiple tasks

What We're Looking for?:

Must have a completed high school diploma or equivalent Experience providing excellent customer service preferred Ability to stay calm in a very fast past environment with high pressure situations Must be able to pass a pre-employment criminal record check

Candidates MUST reside and be legally authorized to work in Canada
