Overview
:
Reporting directly to the Project Management Supervisor, the
Customer Service Officer
will work directly with our clients and assist the Marketing Development Team to understand requests, gather requirements, define objectives, deliverables, and delivery dates. You will be a key point of contact with existing and new customers responsible for account management, relationship building with customers and liaising with internal departments to meet project deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate assigned orders from planning to execution
Understand client needs, recommend suitable products, and provide accurate quotes
Maintain and grow existing client relationships
Prepare proposals, sales forecasts, and product documentation
Serve as the primary contact for client support and issue resolution
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction
Keep accurate records, generate reports, and update CRM
Assist with purchase orders, shipping documents, product information, and sample requests
Attend production meetings and act as liaison between clients and production
Support business development with market research and client profiling

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
1-2 years' experience in B2B sales or customer service
Experience in a manufacturing setting is preferred.
Strong communication and organizational skills
Experience with CRM and ERP systems
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Knowledge of power, electricity, or infrastructure industries, is an asset.
Knowledge of Incoterms would be an asset.
Detail-oriented with strong data analysis skills
Bilingual in English/French (asset)
This is a hybrid position with. Typical hours are Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm with a minimum of two days in the office.
