Job Summary


We are seeking a dedicated and personable Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service through various communication channels. Your primary goal is to ensure customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting our products and services. Bilingual skills in English and Spanish are highly valued to serve a diverse client base effectively. This position offers an opportunity to develop your communication and analysis skills within a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities



Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat. Assist customers with product information, order processing, and issue resolution. Conduct data entry accurately to update customer records and transaction details. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to enhance customer experience and business growth. Maintain excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to build rapport with clients. Analyze customer feedback and interactions to identify trends and suggest improvements. Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent service delivery across all channels. Support sales efforts by promoting relevant products or services based on customer needs.

Requirements



Proven experience in customer service, sales, or related fields preferred. Strong communication skills in English; bilingual proficiency in Spanish is highly desirable. Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently with excellent data entry skills. Demonstrated analysis skills to evaluate customer interactions and provide insights. Knowledge of upselling techniques and sales strategies. Exceptional phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to foster positive customer relationships. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism. Prior experience with multilingual communication is a plus but not mandatory.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $65,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
