Position: Customer Service Manager

Do you have experience working with products (not services)?Our client, a manufacturing and distributor company, is looking for a Customer Service Manager to join their amazing team!Additionally, this role is part of a succession plan to become manager!What they offer:- Salary up to $95K upon experience

- Parking onsiteYour profile:- At least 5 years\' experience in managing client accounts
- Bilingual to serve clients across Canada and the US
- Must have some exposure and worked with an ERP system
- Previous experience working in manufacturing, product, fashion or industrial customer service/account managementYour role:- Develop and maintain relationships with assigned Account Executives and identified customers
- Provide strong account management to customers and secure recurrent business
- Stay informed of key markets, product mixes, and product changes
- Address and resolve customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Analyze customer information and patterns to optimize service to customers
